OUR SERVICES

  • MEDICATION ADHERANCE

    We provide ongoing medication education to help residents understand their medication by learning the benefits and side effects. We educate, encourage, teach and administer resident medication. We document medication adherence.

  • COUNSELING

    We offer 1 on 1 Individual Counseling and Group Counseling for our residents. Our Senior Director of Clinical Services oversees these services in supporting our onsite behavioral health technicians.

  • INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS

    We believe in helping our residents to develop skills to become more independent by mentoring, teaching, assisting and coaching each individual so that they can handle daily living skills on their own such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, bathing and budgeting.

  • TRANSPORTATION

    We provide transportation to psychiatric, medical, and/or personal appointments as long as we are able to meet our companies staff to resident ratio guidelines. We provide transportation to outings in the community to help them socialize, to have meaningful experiences and feel comfortable being out in their community.

  • MEANINGFUL DAILY ACTIVITIES

    We conduct at least 3 groups throughout the day, focusing on topics such as; communication skills, vocational exploration and skill development, relaxation skills including meditation, deep breathing skills, anger management and positive imagery among other therapeutic activities and outings.

  • COORDINATION

    We coordinate care with all applicable parties including, residents assigned clinical team, natural support system, judicial system, advocate/guardians, etc.

  • ADULT GROUP HOMES (18+)

    We have 24/7 group home facilities that serve adults who have a serious mental illness, substance use issues and who also need personal care assistance. Our staff are either behavioral health technicians and/or they are certified personal caregivers depending on the needs of each individual home.

  • HEALH & WELLNESS

    Our health and wellness program promotes a healthy lifestyle approach. It is critical that our residents receive services to help lower the risk of medical conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity within the serious mental illness community. We encourage a healthy diet by implementing meal planning and menus created by a registered dietician. In addition, our groups often include topics that cover sleep rest pattern, exercise, nutrition and medication education. We encourage walks, going to the gym, meditation, yoga and taking residents out on community activities.
